一(yi)、結構組成
直流(liu)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)基本組件包括(kuo):電(dian)(dian)(dian)源單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、控制(zhi)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、計量單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、充電(dian)(dian)(dian)接口(kou)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)源接口(kou)、人(ren)機(ji)交互(hu)接口(kou)等。電(dian)(dian)(dian)源單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)指(zhi)直流(liu)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)模塊,控制(zhi)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)指(zhi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)控制(zhi)器(qi)。
二、工作原理
目前單個(ge)充電模塊只(zhi)有15kW,不能(neng)滿足功率(lv)要(yao)求(qiu)。它需要(yao)多個(ge)充電模塊并(bing)行工作(zuo),需要(yao)CAN總(zong)線實現多個(ge)模塊的均流。
充電模塊的輸(shu)入(ru)來自(zi)電網(wang),電網(wang)是大功率電源,涉及電網(wang)和人(ren)身(shen)安(an)(an)全(quan),尤其是人(ren)身(shen)安(an)(an)全(quan)。需要在輸(shu)入(ru)端安(an)(an)裝空氣開關(學(xue)名為“塑殼斷路器”)、防雷(lei)開關甚至(zhi)漏(lou)電開關;
充電樁的輸出是高電壓大(da)電流,電池(chi)是電化(hua)學的,容易爆炸(zha)。為防止(zhi)誤操作的安全問(wen)題,輸出必須有保險絲;
安全問題是重(zhong)中之重(zhong)。除了帶輸入端子的(de)措施外,還需(xu)要機械鎖(suo)、電(dian)子鎖(suo),需(xu)要絕緣(yuan)測試,需(xu)要耐漏電(dian);
電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)不(bu)充(chong)不(bu)是(shi)(shi)靠(kao)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)決定的,而是(shi)(shi)靠(kao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的大腦和BMS決定的。BMS向控(kong)制器(qi)發送“是(shi)(shi)否(fou)允許充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)終止,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)可以(yi)接受多(duo)少(shao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和電(dian)(dian)(dian)流”的指(zhi)令,控(kong)制器(qi)再發送給充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊(kuai)。因(yin)此,需要(yao)實現控(kong)制器(qi)與BMS之間的CAN通信,以(yi)及(ji)控(kong)制器(qi)與充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊(kuai)之間的CAN通信。
充電樁也(ye)要進行監控管(guan)理,控制器(qi)需(xu)要通(tong)過WiFi或3G/4G等(deng)網絡通(tong)訊模塊連接后臺;
充(chong)電的(de)電費(fei)不是 的(de),要安裝(zhuang)電表和(he)讀(du)卡器才能實現(xian)充(chong)電功能;
充電樁外殼上需要有清(qing)晰的指示燈,通常是(shi)三個指示燈,分(fen)別指示充電、故障和供電;
直流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁的風(feng)道設計(ji)是關(guan)鍵。風(feng)道的設計(ji)除(chu)了結構(gou)方面的知(zhi)識(shi)外,還(huan)需要在充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁上安裝風(feng)扇(shan),雖然每個充(chong)電(dian)(dian)模塊(kuai)都有一個風(feng)扇(shan)。
