一、結構組成
直流(liu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)基本組(zu)件包(bao)括(kuo):電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、控制(zhi)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、計量(liang)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接口、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)接口、人機交(jiao)互接口等。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)指直流(liu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模塊,控制(zhi)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)指充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)控制(zhi)器。
二、工作原(yuan)理
目前單(dan)個(ge)充電模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)只(zhi)有15kW,不能滿足功率(lv)要(yao)求(qiu)。它需要(yao)多(duo)個(ge)充電模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)并行工作,需要(yao)CAN總線實(shi)現多(duo)個(ge)模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)的均(jun)流。
充電(dian)模塊(kuai)的輸(shu)(shu)入來自(zi)電(dian)網,電(dian)網是大功率電(dian)源,涉及(ji)電(dian)網和人身(shen)安全(quan),尤其(qi)是人身(shen)安全(quan)。需要在輸(shu)(shu)入端安裝空氣開關(學名為“塑殼斷路器(qi)”)、防雷開關甚至漏(lou)電(dian)開關;
四川充電樁(zhuang)的輸(shu)出是(shi)高電壓(ya)大電流,電池是(shi)電化學(xue)的,容易(yi)爆炸。為防止誤(wu)操作(zuo)的安(an)全問(wen)題,輸(shu)出必須(xu)有保險絲;
安全問(wen)題是重(zhong)中之(zhi)重(zhong)。除了帶輸入(ru)端子的措(cuo)施外,還需(xu)(xu)要(yao)機械鎖(suo)、電(dian)子鎖(suo),需(xu)(xu)要(yao)絕緣測試,需(xu)(xu)要(yao)耐漏電(dian);
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)不充(chong)(chong)不是(shi)靠(kao)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)決定(ding)的,而是(shi)靠(kao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的大腦和(he)BMS決定(ding)的。BMS向控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)發送“是(shi)否(fou)允(yun)許充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)是(shi)否(fou)終(zhong)止,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)可以接受多少電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)”的指令,控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)再(zai)發送給充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊(kuai)。因此,需要實現(xian)控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)與BMS之(zhi)(zhi)間的CAN通信,以及控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)與充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊(kuai)之(zhi)(zhi)間的CAN通信。
充(chong)電樁也要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)監(jian)控(kong)管(guan)理,控(kong)制器需要(yao)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)WiFi或3G/4G等(deng)網絡通(tong)(tong)訊模塊連接后(hou)臺;
充電(dian)的(de)電(dian)費不是(shi) 的(de),要安裝電(dian)表和讀卡器才能實現充電(dian)功能;
充(chong)電樁外(wai)殼上需要有清晰的指示(shi)燈,通常是三個指示(shi)燈,分別指示(shi)充(chong)電、故障和供電;
直流(liu)充(chong)電樁的(de)風道設計(ji)是關鍵。風道的(de)設計(ji)除了結構方面的(de)知識外,還需(xu)要在充(chong)電樁上安裝(zhuang)風扇,雖然(ran)每個充(chong)電模塊都有一個風扇。
