一(yi)、結構組成(cheng)
直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)樁基本(ben)組件包括:電(dian)源單(dan)元(yuan)、控制(zhi)單(dan)元(yuan)、計量單(dan)元(yuan)、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)接口、電(dian)源接口、人機交互(hu)接口等。電(dian)源單(dan)元(yuan)指直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)模塊,控制(zhi)單(dan)元(yuan)指充(chong)(chong)電(dian)樁控制(zhi)器。
二、工作原理
目前單個充(chong)電模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)只有(you)15kW,不能(neng)滿足功率要求。它需(xu)要多個充(chong)電模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)并行(xing)工(gong)作(zuo),需(xu)要CAN總線實現多個模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)的均流。
充電(dian)模(mo)塊的輸(shu)入來自電(dian)網,電(dian)網是大功(gong)率電(dian)源(yuan),涉及電(dian)網和人身安全(quan)(quan),尤其是人身安全(quan)(quan)。需(xu)要在輸(shu)入端安裝空氣開關(guan)(學(xue)名為(wei)“塑殼斷路器(qi)”)、防雷開關(guan)甚至漏電(dian)開關(guan);
四川(chuan)充(chong)電(dian)樁的輸出是高電(dian)壓大電(dian)流(liu),電(dian)池是電(dian)化學的,容(rong)易爆炸。為防(fang)止誤操作的安(an)全問題,輸出必(bi)須有保(bao)險(xian)絲;
安全問題(ti)是(shi)重中之重。除了帶(dai)輸入端子的措施(shi)外,還需(xu)要機械鎖、電子鎖,需(xu)要絕緣測試,需(xu)要耐漏電;
電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)不充(chong)不是(shi)(shi)靠(kao)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁決定(ding)的(de),而(er)是(shi)(shi)靠(kao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)大(da)腦和BMS決定(ding)的(de)。BMS向控(kong)(kong)制器發送“是(shi)(shi)否允許充(chong)電(dian)(dian),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)是(shi)(shi)否終(zhong)止(zhi),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)可以接受(shou)多少電(dian)(dian)壓和電(dian)(dian)流(liu)”的(de)指令,控(kong)(kong)制器再發送給充(chong)電(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊(kuai)。因(yin)此,需要實現控(kong)(kong)制器與BMS之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)CAN通(tong)信,以及(ji)控(kong)(kong)制器與充(chong)電(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊(kuai)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)CAN通(tong)信。
充(chong)電樁(zhuang)也要(yao)進行監控管理,控制(zhi)器需(xu)要(yao)通過WiFi或(huo)3G/4G等網絡通訊模(mo)塊連接后臺;
充電(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)費不是 的,要安裝電(dian)(dian)表(biao)和讀卡器(qi)才能(neng)實(shi)現充電(dian)(dian)功能(neng);
充電樁外(wai)殼(ke)上需(xu)要有(you)清晰的指示燈,通(tong)常是三個指示燈,分別(bie)指示充電、故障(zhang)和(he)供電;
直流充(chong)電樁的(de)風道(dao)設計(ji)是關鍵(jian)。風道(dao)的(de)設計(ji)除了結構方面(mian)的(de)知識(shi)外,還需要在充(chong)電樁上(shang)安裝(zhuang)風扇,雖然每個充(chong)電模塊(kuai)都(dou)有一個風扇。
